If you're currently studying towards an IT or computer science degree have you considered doing an Industrial Placement? A great chance to learn on the job skills, work on real projects and get paid a salary.
Our HMRC digital 2018 Industrial Placement Scheme is open for applications until 9 March. The placements start in September 2018.
This year we've got
- 25 places
- In 6 locations - Newcastle, Shipley, Telford, London, Southend and Worthing
- Various roles including Cyber Analyst, Software Developer, Business Analyst and Architect
Each industrial placement will be employed for 9-12 months and earn a salary of £23,836 (National); £27,554 (London) pro rata.

- be studying towards a relevant IT/computing science degree
- be fluent in English
- be eligible to apply to the UK Civil Service.
